Join us for all the special events happening during the week of IDAExpo+. Be sure to indicate ‎when you register what events you plan to attend.‎ NOTE: All IDAExpo Education and Breakout Sessions will be held at the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel.  The only activity that will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center will the IDAExpo 2024 Exhibits Showcase.

Silent Auction

 

Help raise funds for the IDA Scholarship Foundation that supports educational funding to deserving students from within the door and access systems community. The IDA Scholarship Foundation has awarded more than $1 million in financial assistance to students whose parents or employers are part of the overhead door and access systems community. Participate in the Silent Auction this week to support the IDA Scholarship Foundation.   

Qtego, an online bidding platform, is being used for bidding allowing for: 

  • Bidding from anywhere during the Expo+ from the palm of your hand! 
  • Enable notifications to let you know when you have been outbid on an item and need to up the bid!  
  • Peruse the item list at your convenience 
  • Donate directly to the scholarship fund throughout the whole conference with a push of the button!

IDA Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament

8:00 am

Location: Angel Park

This is a limited field event, so please make sure to register early. The tourney proceeds will benefit the IDA Scholarship Foundation. By participating or sponsoring, you can help us grow our scholarship program and support students from within our IDA family as they expand their education.
Entry Fee: $175 per golfer or $600 for a foursome

IDA Scholarship Foundation Fundraising Event

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

The IDA Scholarship Foundation is once again hosting it’s annual fundraiser. This year IDA will host “not your grandma’s bingo” featuring Rusty Reams, the world’s #1 Bingo caller.

The Great Bingo Revival is a rhythm, funk and soul explosion captivating festivals, corporate events and private parties across North America! Reminiscent of a 1970’s game show, The Great Bingo Revival harkens back to an era of wide bottom pants, big hair and funky dance moves!

At the helm is the Reverend Rusty Reams, the world’s #1 Bingo caller, and supplemented by a rotating cast of characters such as Miss Bingo and The BINGO-GO Dancers. Prepare to dance, laugh, smile and play the most fun and captivating BINGO game you’ve ever encountered! 

Tickets are $150 each with proceeds going to the IDA Scholarship Foundation.

First Time Attendee Happy Hour

Join fellow first timers to network and get to know your IDA board members during a free social hour. This is a great chance to meet industry colleagues and discover how to make the most of Expo+.

Each year, IDA recognizes those individuals and companies who have served the organization and/or garage door industry in an extraordinary way. To date, IDA has acknowledged hundreds for their respective contributions.

Awardees are nominated by their peers within the garage door industry.  For more information about the awards and nomination process, visit our Awards page.

Tickets are available:

  • IDA Member: $75
  • Non-Member: $150

This includes pass appetizers, food stations and a beer and wine bar.
