I am having trouble logging into my account, what can I do?
The IDA office is open between 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST. You can reach our office by calling (202)-591-2457.
If we aren't available, please leave us a voice mail. The inbox is checked daily and we strive to get a response within two business of the message.
You are able to reset your account by yourself by selecting "Sign-in" and choosing the "Forgot Password" link. From there, provided you have the email for the account or username, you should be able to reset the password.
I've purchased educational courses in the past and want to purchase more- will this effect my account?
The IDAEducation store has been merged into a single portal. Any previous courses that are still offered in the store, will show up on your accounts and won't effect purchasing any new courses. Any older courses that are no long offered are retired and won't show in the new portal.
I want to order multiple courses in bulk, how do I do this?

I want to purchase a course for my technicians to take and get certified, how do I do this?
Courses are now directly assigned based on the employee who purchased them. You can have your technician create a new account and purchase the course. From their, they can complete the course, take the quiz and recieve the certification. This certificate will serve as notification that the employee has successfully completed the course. And if necessary, they would use this and the receipt to submit for reimbursement.
I've purchased a course by accident- how do I recieve a refund?
