Building Customer Relationships Through Repairs

Tuesday, April 14 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

This program will review the ethics of door and gate service, and how transparency in repairs can help ‎you build lasting relationships with clients. Most customers need education and general training on ‎their door and gate systems, and it is the responsibility of the technician to educate them. Matt will ‎take you through demonstrated techniques to use your technical knowledge to educate your ‎customers, build trust, create new business and encourage referrals.‎
