Multi-Meter Training
This session will also cover basic electronic concepts used to service and troubleshoot operators and accessories. Attendees will also understand the common functions of a multimeter, as well as how and when to use it as a diagnostic tool.

Jason is responsible for coordinating and providing training for all product lines to installers and service technicians, salespersons, and administrative personnel in a variety of formats. He has over 20 years in the industry, serving in a variety of roles from technical service/support, to new product development, to training. Jason is an IDEA Certified Commercial Door Systems Technician. Prior to entering the industry, he spent 10 years in the United States Air Force as an emergency medical technician.
