Alison Milioto is the founder and co-owner of BlueLion, a Human Resource Consulting firm located in New Hampshire, which supports businesses throughout New England and the country in their HR needs.

She graduated from UNH (University of NH) with her MBA in Business Administration. After Graduation she worked in a Benefits Company managing their internal operations. Working there for 9 years she gained the experience of small business operations, implementing new systems, improving processes, and building out additional services. While there she gained the respect of her peers, and moved her way through the organization until she became the Vice President of Operations.

In 2018 Alison decided to start her own HR Consulting company with the support of her co-founder and co-owner Toni Runci. Since 2018, BlueLion has supported over 130 businesses, and now employes 14 team members located throughout New England, and North Carolina. Community and charity are values which Alison lives and breathes. Growing up in a small town in NH, her parents showed her the value of hard work and dedication. Her mom has served as the Treasurer of Dunbarton for over 30 years, while her Dad retired from the Dunbarton Police Department with over 30 years of service. When she founded BlueLion, she wanted that to be a value of her company. BlueLion is a 1% company, donating 1% of their profit, services, and time back to the communities they serve. Since 2018 BlueLion has donated over $15,000 and has helped raise over $40,000 to their community.

Alison also serves on the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish NH, where she has been volunteering her time as a Wish Grantor, and a Wish-Ambassador since 2015, and is a founding member of 100 Women Who Care Southern NH. In 2023 Alison was named by New Hampshire’s Union Leader 40 Under 40.
