Claire Branch is a Vice President at Warburg Pincus, a growth investing firm with over $80B of assets under management. Claire focuses on Business Services investments, particularly residential services. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she worked in the Corporate Finance & Strategy group at McKinsey & Company. Claire received an AB Magna Cum Laude in Philosophy from Princeton University and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Charlie Shiflett

OnPoint Group (Miner Corp and TrueSource Parent Company)

Charlie is the Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at OnPoint Group, which is the parent company of TrueSource and Miner Corp. Charlie leads acquisition efforts across the platform and has executed 23 transactions since joining OnPoint in 2021. Prior to joining OnPoint, Charlie was a Vice President at Jefferies, a global investment bank, where he advised on M&A, Debt and Equity transactions totaling over $10 Billion across the building products, distribution and business services industries. Charlie received a BA in History from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
