Creating the Ownership Mindset

Wednesday, April 15 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

One of the primary determinants of performance is an individual’s mindset. In working with thousands of individuals, it’s been our experience that people operate in one of two distinct mindsets: either the victim mindset or the ownership mindset. The results we create from each state are vastly different.

When we are operating in the victim mindset, reacting to our circumstances, our energy is low and the results we produce are minimal. When we are operating with an ownership mindset, creating our circumstances, our energy is high and the results we produce are powerful.

Have you ever considered how you are being at any moment in time; are you operating in the victim or the ownership mindset? Do you know the difference?

How can you shift your mindset to make more powerful choices and increase your likelihood of producing greater results both personally and professionally? What effect does your mindset have on those you work with, live with, and connect with and how can you enhance the experience people have with you?

These are some of the questions that Todd addresses in his presentation: Creating the Ownership Mindset. It is a fun, interactive, and thought-provoking experience that will provide simple, actionable tools that participants can employ immediately both at work and at home.

Whether you are a business owner, manager, employee, spouse or parent, the mindset you choose in any given situation shapes your life and those with whom you are connected.

This presentation has created transformative results in over 30 Fortune 500 companies, along with hundreds of small to mid-size businesses.
