Meter Training

Learn all about the NEW Gate Systems Technician Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.  These new programs have several benefits that will help educate gate systems technicians to diagnose and repair gate systems by understanding licensing requirements, troubleshooting electrical circuits, emergency override equipment, integration of systems, and overall system troubleshooting.  This session will also discuss basic electronic concepts used to service and troubleshoot operators and accessories. Attendees will also understand the common functions of a multimeter, as well as how and when to use it as a diagnostic tool.  Today’s consumers are demanding professional qualifications for services affecting the accessibility and value of their property. The public perception of the gate operator industry will advance knowing this training and certification is available. ‎

 

Jason Webb

Chamberlain Group

Jason is responsible for coordinating and providing training for all product lines to installers and service technicians, salespersons, and administrative personnel in a variety of
formats. He has 17 years in the industry, serving in a variety of roles from
technical service/support, to new product development, to training.
  Jason is an IDEA Certified Commercial Door Systems Technician.  Prior to entering
the industry, he spent 10 years in the United States Air Force as an emergency
medical technician.
