I am having trouble logging into my account, what can I do? 

The IDA office is open between 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST. You can reach our office by calling (202)-591-2457.
If we aren't available, please leave us a voice mail. The inbox is checked daily and we strive to get a response within two business of the message. 

You are able to reset your account by yourself by selecting "Sign-in" and choosing the "Forgot Password" link. From there, provided you have the email for the account or username, you should be able to reset the password. 

I think I have the wrong login- I can't change our company profile or access my member benefits, what should I do? 
You can check the Profile Login and Management video archive to see if the tutorial video addresses the issue. Alternatively, you can send and email to the information inbox: [email protected]. Response times will vary but IDA will respond within two business days.

I want to get accredited or sign up my technicians to get training. Who should I contact about this?
Training and accreditation is done through the IDEA-  International Door Education and Accredidation. You can find out more about them here.

When do I need to renew my dues?
Dues are renewed every calendar year and expire on the 31st of December of every year.

How do I renew my dues?
Company administrators for the company can login and renew online. You can also pay by sending a check to our P.O. box:

How do I join IDA?
You can join IDA by hovering over the "Membership Programs" tab and selecting "Join IDA"!
